is a 40,000 sq. ft., multi-tenant
technology facility subdivided
into individual suites ranging
from 360 sq. ft. office to 1,400
sq. ft. laboratory space suitable
for R&D or light manufacturing.
This
facility has easy access to I-86
(Route 17) allowing for convenient
travel to the Elmira Airport,
Corning and Bath.
